Some reasons I’ve seen clients start therapy (or get back into therapy):
they’ve been thinking about starting for years and a life event (new relationship, death/loss, job change, etc.) brought up big feelings,
felt like they knew “what’s wrong” but then hit a “wall”
their friends or family have been talking about it and they were curious to see for themselves,
they’ve tried therapy before but didn’t get what they needed and are trying again,
simply were interested in having a safe, confidential space with an unbiased* person
If you can relate to any of these reasons, let’s connect!

No, I do not accept insurance and I am considered an “out-of-network” provider (OON).
I encourage you to reach out directly to your insurance carrier about your OON benefits, as you may be eligible to get partially or fully reimbursed by your insurance company. If you have OON benefits, I can provide you a monthly superbill (detailed receipt of services) to submit for potential reimbursement.

At this time, I solely conduct sessions virtually. Telehealth can be a great alternative for those more comfortable in their own homes and provide greater flexibility for working professionals. My Google workspace (email, consultations, etc.) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) are HIPAA-complaint to protect client confidentiality.

Strong wifi connection
Reliable, sufficiently-charged device (laptop, iPad, phone, etc.)
A comfortable and private environment

Due to my licensure, I can only work with clients that are located in PA. This includes college students who are temporarily living in PA for school. I am working towards licensure in NJ & FL.
-
I kindly ask that you inform me at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, and I will do my best to reschedule you within the week. For cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows, you will be charged the full session fee.
I completely understand that life happens, and I will do my best to work with you when circumstances are out of your control.

1) Schedule a free 15 minute video consultation so that we can determine if we’re a good fit. I can also accommodate a phone call, if that is more accessible for you. If it is determined we are not a good fit, I can provide you appropriate resources and referrals.
2) If we mutually decide this is a good therapeutic fit, I will send you a personalized link via email to set up your login and client profile in the portal (I use TherapyStack).
3) You’ll review and sign the necessary paperwork (intake questionnaire, practice policies, payment information, etc.). I kindly ask that you please complete the paperwork at least 72 hours in advance of our scheduled intake session to help streamline the process.
4) Let’s get started!
