GROUP THERAPY
clients i work well with:
-
You’re ready to evolve from solely “talk therapy” to incorporate somatic work, befriend your parts, and apply the skills you’ve learned in therapy and bring them outside of the therapy room.
You enjoy being safely challenged. Deeper healing often happens when we push past our “comfort zone.” Always with your consent, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
You’re open to staying curious throughout the “ebbs and flows” of healing. Healing isn’t linear, but bringing in even 1% of your curiosity can have a major impact in your therapeutic experience.
-
highly-sensitive persons (HSP)
overachievers & overworking
people-pleasers & peacemakers
feeling chronically burnt-out
feeling stuck in your head or that your brain won’t shut off
-
Therapy work is sacred to me and I’ve seen my clients engage in extraordinary, challenging work towards their own healing. What do they all have in common? Laughing in session. I believe one of the best gifts we can give ourselves is to laugh and be silly.
“it’s soft at the end. not just the pain, but the world.”
